With over a decade in the fitness industry under my belt, what first started as a passion has become my day job, and evolved into something I have simply ‘become.’ But it hasn’t always been easy going.
I was always the skinny kid. Uncoordinated, not particularly gifted at sport and a little bit goofy. I was profoundly self-conscious and never truly felt comfortable in my own skin. However, that all changed the day, I discovered the weight room! With it, I cultivated strength and resilience in both mind and body that I never had before.
These days, I aim to channel that same passion into my classes in the Red Room.
As I sincerely believe that greatness lies within each and every one of us and it's in testing our limits, and stretching ourselves to seek the highest expression of our potential - and it is my hope that I can help take you there.
When I’m not cracking the whip in the red room, you can find me by the beach or seated somewhere in a lotus position or chilling with my best buddy Louie, the fluffy Frenchie.
- Fun fact?
I was once a DJ. Come rave with me in the Red Room!
- Personal mantra?
“I'm better than I used to be. Better than I was yesterday. But hopefully not as good as I'll be tomorrow.” - Marianne Williamson.
