Fitness and music have always been a huge part of my life. I swam competitively until the age of 20 and trained in classical piano from a young age. After university, I joined the corporate world working in both finance and law. However, it was when I started working as a spin instructor alongside my corporate g that I found what truly lights me up. The last four years have shown me how fulfilling it is to share my lo for fitness and music with others. I am passionate about making fitness inclusive for all, helping ot discover a love for working out, and seeing them enjoy the mental and physical benefits that come with i Barry’s allows me to do exactly that. When you come to my class, expect good vibes only! I want to empower you to challenge your limits and be there to lift you up when you need that extra bit of motivation or belief in yourself. I know the playlist is EVERYTHING and can really elevate a workout - nothing hits like a fat beat drop on an all-out sprint. I promise to always deliver perfectly timed drops and support a cheeky mid-class dance break.
