At age 12, I weighed in at over 100KG’s due to a bad diet and lack of exercise. I needed a huge change and fitness was my answer. Through learning how to exercise hard and push myself harder, I lost 30KG’s and became an underwear model in LA. Anything is possible people!
I’ve been a personal trainer for over 10 years specialising in HIIT so I am thrilled to join the Barry’s family. It is the epitome of cardio and strength full body training.
In my classes expect an epic atmosphere to sweat your ass off (while getting a better ass). You might hate me when I push you, but my smile and charm will get you through. You’ll leave the Red Room after working out harder than ever before and if you do as I say, you’ll leave sexier than ever before too.
