Born and raised in Ireland, I flew over the pond 7 years ago and never looked back. I played sports at the national level until my twenties, then channelled this into my fitness journey. With many years in the fitness industry, you may hear Safety Steph thrown around the red room from my Ops days working with Barry’s and I promise it's not because I'm a hazard to myself!! In my classes, I bring energy, banging tunes, and a sense of community that feels like you're visiting an old friend. I guarantee you'll leave with a sore ass, lots of laughs, and most importantly great craic!

During my time with Barry's, I saw firsthand the transformative power of fitness which inspired me to step into a more active role where I could directly impact others' fitness journeys. I will admit I am a strength girly at heart, so I have a strong sense of joy for those that surprise me with power and heavy weights.

My day job works closely with Wellbeing, so I believe that physical and mental strength go hand in hand. I focus on exercises that not only build muscle and physical endurance but also boost mental resilience. I love seeing clients push through challenges, lift heavy, hit max sprints and celebrate their progress whether it's your very first Barry's class or 1000th. At the end of the day, 90% of success is just showing up so see you in the Red Room!!

Favourite Day at Barry's:

Tuesday Lower Body, squats, deadlifts, grab those big boy weights baby!! 

Style of Music:

My music taste varies among EDM but mostly Techno by heart, House by body, Trance by soul. I'm partial to a good music festival.

Guilty Pleasure:

A meal is never complete without a sweet treat no matter how full!
