As a personal trainer in London’s fitness industry for many years, I’ve seen exactly how life-changing fitness can be for a client’s physical and mental health, confidence, and overall happiness. In fact, having initially begun my own career in a demanding media job, I know first-hand just how valuable time to escape in class can be.
I moved to Sydney for fun and adventure, and my classes reflect just that – push your limits in the studio with me, while having the time of your life. You’ll learn pretty quickly in my classes: I take fitness very seriously, but I don’t take myself too seriously.
